Veteran Health Fair

On Tuesday, February 28th from 10:00am to 2:00pm, Erie VA Medical Center will be holding a Veteran Health Fair in the 2nd Floor Conference Rooms.

Meet with health experts and the Erie VAMC leadership team to learn more about the programs and services available. VA health experts from Eligibility & Enrollment, Caregiver Support, Smoking Cessation, MOVE!, MyHealtheVet, Peer Support Specialists, Women Veterans Program, Hospice Palliative Care, OEF/OIF/OND, Health Promotion, Telehealth, Vet Center and  others will be on site. If you are not enrolled for VA health care, bring your discharge papers to see if you are eligible.

Brews, Board Games, and Banter

Team RWB will be at the Erie Brewing Company (6008 Knowledge Pkwy, Erie, PA) on June 14, 2018, starting at 7 pm. Come out, have some fun, meet new people, and try some tasty, locally brewed beverages! Weather permitting, they will be out on the patio where their dogs can join in the fun. You do not have to be a member to come.

Welcome Home Veterans Appreciation Event at the Zoo

The annual Welcome Home Veterans Appreciation Event at the Erie Zoo is coming up on Friday, July 13 from 6pm-9pm. All Veterans and their families are invited. Tickets become available starting Monday, June 11.  Tickets are FREE but limited so act fast (tickets are limited to four per Veteran). Call for or pickup tickets at the Transition & Care Management Office (814) 860-2567 at the Erie VAMC on the 1st Floor; Voluntary Service Office (814) 860-2453 at the Erie VAMC on the 2nd Floor; and Vet Center (814) 453-7955 at 240 W 11th St, Erie, PA.
