VA2K Walk & Roll

Erie VAMC is hosting its 8th Annual VA2K Walk & Roll on Wednesday, May 16th to benefit homeless Veterans while promoting health & wellness. Kick-off begins at 11:20 am at the Erie VAMC 2nd Floor Pavilion with walks departing at 11:30 am, Noon, and 12:30 pm.

For those with limited mobility, our Whole Health Program will also be offering Tai-Chi on-site as an alternative to walking.

All Veterans, their families, and community members are invited.  The event is FREE, but donations to the Homeless Veterans Program will be accepted. Brews, Board Games, and Banter

Team RWB will be at the Erie Brewing Company (6008 Knowledge Pkwy, Erie, PA) on June 14, 2018, starting at 7 pm. Come out, have some fun, meet new people, and try some tasty, locally brewed beverages! Weather permitting, they will be out on the patio where their dogs can join in the fun. You do not have to be a member to come.

Welcome Home Veterans Appreciation Event at the Zoo

The annual Welcome Home Veterans Appreciation Event at the Erie Zoo is coming up on Friday, July 13 from 6pm-9pm. All Veterans and their families are invited. Tickets become available starting Monday, June 11.  Tickets are FREE but limited so act fast (tickets are limited to four per Veteran). Call for or pickup tickets at the Transition & Care Management Office (814) 860-2567 at the Erie VAMC on the 1st Floor; Voluntary Service Office (814) 860-2453 at the Erie VAMC on the 2nd Floor; and Vet Center (814) 453-7955 at 240 W 11th St, Erie, PA.
