CareerLink and Institute of Medical & Business careers have partnered to offer a series of three Computer Fundamentals classes on February 24, March 3, and March 10 from 8:30am-10;30am. February 24th: An Introduction to Computers will teach how to work with a computer, how to identify major computer components, how to discuss the desktop, and how to use the "Start Menu." March 3rd:Understand the Internet will give an introduction to the internet, instruct on how to connect links, teach about search engines, and begin the basics of building a resume. March 10th:Constructing Your Resume will help students understand the components of a professional resume, determine an effective resume layout, understand the importance of key words, and create a professional resume and measure its success.
