Women Veteran Town Hall

On October 19 from 6pm-7pm, Erie VAMC will host a Town Hall focused on healthcare for Women Veterans. The Town Hall will take place in the 2nd Floor Conference Rooms. For more information, call the Erie VAMC Women Veterans Program Manager Nadean Sitter at 814-860-2907. 

Erie VAMC invites all women who have served in the military, along with their families, to attend a Town Hall focused specifically on healthcare for Women Veterans. VA Leadership along with the Women Veterans Program Manager will be on-site to listen to feedback regarding VA services. Erie VAMC’s goal is to deliver care that not only meets patients’ needs, but exceeds their expectations. The feedback from these Town Halls allows them to tailor their care to better meet the needs of their patients.

Brews, Board Games, and Banter

Team RWB will be at the Erie Brewing Company (6008 Knowledge Pkwy, Erie, PA) on June 14, 2018, starting at 7 pm. Come out, have some fun, meet new people, and try some tasty, locally brewed beverages! Weather permitting, they will be out on the patio where their dogs can join in the fun. You do not have to be a member to come.

Welcome Home Veterans Appreciation Event at the Zoo

The annual Welcome Home Veterans Appreciation Event at the Erie Zoo is coming up on Friday, July 13 from 6pm-9pm. All Veterans and their families are invited. Tickets become available starting Monday, June 11.  Tickets are FREE but limited so act fast (tickets are limited to four per Veteran). Call for or pickup tickets at the Transition & Care Management Office (814) 860-2567 at the Erie VAMC on the 1st Floor; Voluntary Service Office (814) 860-2453 at the Erie VAMC on the 2nd Floor; and Vet Center (814) 453-7955 at 240 W 11th St, Erie, PA.
